Terms of Service
Frost Brook Trucking, Inc. Effective Date: 06/01/2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of the Carrier Profit Setup and any other advisory or coaching services (the "Services") offered by Frost Brook Trucking, Inc. ("Frost Brook," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing the Services, you ("Customer," "Carrier," or "you") agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Services
The Carrier Profit Setup is a business advisory and coaching engagement for owner-operators and small motor carriers. Services may include: a lane and rate assessment, a review of your authority, insurance, and factoring setup, a broker vetting and credit-check playbook, rate negotiation coaching, a cost and profitability breakdown, hands-on support booking and papering one load, and a follow-up call after you've run a few loads. Services are delivered remotely by phone, text, and email, typically over approximately 5–7 days from the date of purchase.
2. Payment
The full fee is due and collected in advance, at checkout, before Services begin. We do not extend credit or invoice this fee after the fact.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Frost Brook Trucking builds your business knowledge and freight access. It is not a guarantee of any specific income, load volume, rate, or ongoing dispatch relationship. Freight availability and market rates are determined by conditions outside our control. Any figures, examples, or projections shared during the engagement are illustrative only.
4. Refund Policy
Because Services begin promptly after purchase and involve our time and expertise from the outset, fees are non-refundable once Services have begun. If you believe Services were not delivered as described, contact us at the email below within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
5. Not a Dispatch or Brokerage Agreement
These Terms cover the Carrier Profit Setup advisory engagement only. They do not create a dispatch, agency, or brokerage relationship between you and Frost Brook Trucking, Inc. or any affiliated entity. Ongoing dispatch services, if you choose to engage them, are governed by a separate signed Dispatch Services Agreement with the applicable licensed entity.
6. Independent Business
You operate your own independent trucking business. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. You remain solely responsible for your operating authority, insurance, safety and regulatory compliance, equipment, and drivers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frost Brook Trucking's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Services. Frost Brook Trucking is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost freight opportunities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
